Spar Borrowdale sells bottled water showing no differentiation in their chillers between SAZ registered mineral water, and “any old joe” borehole water. I asked one of the packers what the difference was between 80c water and 30c water and she said that the 30c water was from boreholes. Hmmm. It would be great if this was made clearer. And it would be even better if the City health authorities got rigorous on standards required for the sale of water.
