When he or she gets BEE benefits or war reparations or some black people benefit program. Then only will he be able to stand firm and support himself but its a subjective issue.

a very good question. There are a few super elite, super wealthy black men who are reaping the benefit from BEE to get even richer. The new lotto provider was chosen in partnership with a whole bunch of these super wealthy. Where is the benefit for the previously disadvantaged?
