I hope someone sends these pictures to Honourable Coltart. I am sure UNICEF will be willing to sell off two landcruisers to properly equip this school. We ought to be ashamed of ourselves that 30 years after independence and 10 years into “100% total empowerment” we have children “learning” like this! Can someone please explain how we manage to achieve the fantastic literacy rates that were recently published?
